The Oklahoma Native Plant Society is hosting its annual Wonders of Wildflowers weekend May 1-3rd at Chandler Park, Tulsa. Online registration is open.

Friday May 1
  • 5:00 - 6:00 pm Registration/ Social Time / Dinner at Center - Pizza, Salad

  • 6:30 - 8:00 pm Program by Ashley Clouse will demonstrate and tell us how to use native
    plants.

Saturday, May 2
  • Breakfast on your own

  • 8:00 - 9:00 am Registration and welcome at Chandler Park Community Center, Nature
    Center, field trip details

  • 9:15 - 12:00 pm Field trips from Nature Center, short hikes within Chandler Park,
    including an ADA trail

  • 12:00 - 12:30 pm Box lunch in the Nature Center

  • 12:30 - 4:30 pm Field Trips to Keystone State Park, Keystone Ancient Forest, or Osage
    Forest of Peace. Meet at Nature Center for field trips or shot hikes

  • 6:00 - 8:00 pm Dinner in the Chandler Park Community Center, Reception Room with a
    program by Patrick T. Hayes, C.I.G., Tulsa County Parks Naturalist

Sunday, May 3rd
  • Breakfast on your own

  • 9:00 am. ONPS Board Meeting in the Nature Center, all are WELCOME

  • 11:00 am Field trip and Botanize to end of the Wonders of Wildflowers weekend
